From it's conception in 1999 the website www.kitchensfitted.co.uk has undergone a tranformation that surprises even it's founder Tim Foley.
Foley, a kitchen contractor for twenty three years, initially set up the site to highlight the company's services to the UK domestic installation market. With a passion for all aspects of kitchens from installation to design, providing content for the site was easy and it wasn't long before both peers in the industry and consumers were sending messages concurring with the opinionated content.

Now, four years later, demand for the written skills of the founder have reached a new level that has changed the company's services.
The site now acts as a reference for kitchen buyers and has a global appeal with visitors logging on in their thousands to read the highly popular and in depth kitchen installation articles.

The writing talents of Foley have not been lost on the media either and his articles are featured on a number of related websites in order to attract and assist their visitors.

"It's amazing that my passion for kitchens ultimately led to the success of my other passion, writing. It's a great buzz for me to use my experience in the industry to help educate the consumer through the minefield of confusion and false information when buying a kitchen"

"To successfully introduce the scheme would require a particular and ongoing scrutiny of an installers skills both manual and social, after all they will become part of your household for a week and there aren't many guest lists I'm aware of that state bring a bad mannered, discourteous person with you".
